Step 2: Payment and confirm back
Transferring amount of purchase to our bank account above then send copy of slip or receipt or file to the following channels;

• Attached by email to benswell@hotmail.com
• Send file via Line Prowell Nutritions
Step 3: Delivery
• Once the payment confirmed, the handling order will begin and dispatch shortly. Customer should receive the goods within 3 days (Bangkok and nearby) or 4-5 days(other area in Thailand). This is not count on Sunday and public holidays.
• Delivery Free of charge for purchasing from 500 baht above by EMS Thai Post Service or Kerry Service
Remark
a) If customer hasn’t received the goods within the mentioned period, please contact to Prowell Nutrition Center: 085-0597478 or Line to Prowell Nutrition Center immediately for checking.
b) In case of big order (more than 10 cartons), Express delivery by the company truck to the customer’s place within Bangkok and nearby upon the customer’s schedule.
c) No delivery service on Sunday and Public holiday.
